She loves to have fun, enjoys staying active, and isn’t shy about voicing her opinions — especially when she feels strongly about important matters like extra pets, more treats, or playtime right now. COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Ameila has the potential to get along with other dogs. Amelia would do best in a home without cats.

MEDICAL NEEDS: Amelia came to MARL with demodectic mange (demodex), a common skin condition that causes thinning hair and hair loss. This condition is not contagious to people or other animals and resolves completely in all cases with treatment. Amelia is on an oral medication and is doing well. She is expected to make a full recovery and will regrow all of her hair as treatment continues.
