BACKGROUND: Aurora is a compact little bundle of fun who is still learning how to “dog” and loving every moment of it. She’s friendly, curious, and smart, always eager to explore the world around her and figure things out as she goes. With her playful spirit and bright personality, Aurora brings joy wherever she goes. She’s ready to continue learning and growing in a loving home where she can thrive and be her best self.
COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Aurora has the potential to get along with other dogs. Aurora would do best in a home without cats and with children over the age of 8.
MEDICAL NEEDS: Aurora has tested positive for heartworm and is currently receiving treatment. Her treatment includes a course of oral antibiotics and a series of injections, all provided and covered by MARL. We’re hoping Aurora can enter a foster-to-adopt home during this time, with all treatments scheduled through our vet at MARL. Once her treatment is complete, we can finalize her adoption.
