BACKGROUND: Meet Bisque, the happiest pup on three (and a half) legs! When he came to MARL, he was having trouble putting full weight on his back legs—but you’d never know it from his sunny, playful spirit. Bisque doesn’t let anything slow him down; he’s all smiles, tail wags, and love for life. MARL will be covering the cost of his upcoming surgery, but what Bisque really needs is a forever home where he can recover in comfort, surrounded by care and cuddles.
COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Bisque has the potential to get along with other dogs. Bisque would do best in a home without cats.
MEDICAL NEEDS: Bisque is scheduled to have surgery on both of his patellas (knees) to help him move comfortably and live his best life. This procedure will be fully covered by MARL, and we hope to find him a loving forever home where he can rest and recover surrounded by comfort and care. Once Bisque is cleared by our veterinarian following his surgery, he’ll be ready to be formally adopted.
