BACKGROUND: Meet Cricket! Cricket is a fun, friendly Retriever–Shepherd mix with the best smile around. This fluffy girl loves being around people and soaks up every bit of attention she can get—especially if treats are involved! Her happy personality and sweet nature make her a joy to be with, whether she’s hanging out with her favorite humans or showing off that signature grin. Cricket is ready to bring smiles, love, and plenty of fluff to her future home.
COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Cricket has the potential to get along with other dogs. Cricket would do best in a home without cats.
MEDICAL NEEDS: Cricket has tested positive for heartworm and is currently receiving treatment. Her treatment includes a course of oral antibiotics and a series of injections, all provided and covered by MARL. We’re hoping she can enter a foster-to-adopt home during this time, with all treatments scheduled through our vet at MARL. Once her treatment is complete, we can finalize her adoption.
