BACKGROUND: Ebony is a gorgeous, shiny black cat. She has a beautiful coat and piercing green eyes. She was found wandering around outside. Thankfully someone was able to get her and bring her to us. She is in our cageless cat room and loves snuggling up with one of the other cats. She can be found with different cuddle buddies on different days! She is taking her time to get used to people. When she's resting in her little cubby we can approach her and offer her some pets. She seems to enjoy the attention. Yet she is still skittish if there is a loud noise or sudden movement. Ebony will need a home with someone who knows how to socialize shy cats so that she can continue to feel more comfortable interacting with people. She'll make it worth the effort!
