MARL ARRIVAL: Fidget was brought to MARL as a stray.
BACKGROUND: Fidget is a sweet and gentle hound who’s still learning that new things can be fun, not scary. She may be a little shy at first, but with patience, kindness, and a bit of time, Fidget is eager to blossom into the wonderful companion we know she can be. She absolutely loves the company of other dogs and feels most confident when she has a furry friend by her side. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted pup who just needs a little time and love to shine, Fidget could be the perfect addition to your family!
COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Fidget has the potential to get along with other dogs. Fidget would do best in a home without cats and with children over 8.
MEDICAL NEEDS: Fidget has tested positive for heartworm and is currently receiving treatment. Her treatment includes a course of antibiotics and a series of injections, all provided and covered by MARL. We’re hoping Fidget can enter a foster-to-adopt home during this time, with all treatments scheduled through our vet at MARL. Once her treatment is complete, we can finalize her adoption.
