Though he was shy when he first arrived at MARL, once comfortable, his affectionate and easy-going personality is often on display. COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Howie has the potential to get along with other dogs. Howie would do best in a home without cats and with children over the age of 13.
