She loves lounging comfortably around the house, happily settles into laps for cuddles, and isn’t shy about climbing onto your chest in the middle of the night when she’s ready for some extra affection. In a home, Vera will be a calm, loving companion who enjoys a mix of cozy relaxation and playful moments like chasing her laser toy or even fetching when she’s in the mood. She was surrendered alongside her lifelong companion when their owner’s health declined, and while they could be adopted together, Vera is independent enough to adjust well on her own. She’d do best in a home that appreciates a laid-back, cuddly cat who still has a playful spark.
