BACKGROUND: Meet Duke! This handsome Border Collie has been through a lot lately—after losing his beloved owner, his world changed overnight. But even through all the uncertainty, Duke’s sweet, affectionate nature still shines. He’s an active guy who enjoys staying busy and loves nothing more than a good walk or some one-on-one time with his favorite people. While he may be a little nervous at first (who could blame him?), once he feels safe, Duke is incredibly social, outgoing, and ready to soak up all the love he can get. Now, he’s just looking for a fresh start and a forever home to call his own. Could that be with you?

COMPATIBILITY: Based on our evaluation, we feel that Duke has the potential to get along with other dogs. Duke would do best in a home without cats and with children over 12.
