Waffles
BACKGROUND: Waffles originally came to MARL in 2014 with her littermates when she was just a few weeks old. She was a strong and healthy kitten and it didn't take long for her to be adopted into a loving home. Sadly, she was returned to MARL 10 years later after her owner's living situation changed. When Waffles arrived she was severely overweight. We put her on a diet and exercise plan, and the weight started falling off! She was readopted a few months later, but was sadly returned again. Her owner's work schedule changed and Waffles didn't do well with the adjustment. Now, she's back at MARL again hoping that the saying is true - third try's a charm!
